You can complete your Umrah visa biometric enrollment directly from your smartphone using the official Saudi Visa Bio app.
How to Use the App
• Download Saudi Visa Bio for Android or via the App Store for iOS.
• Open the app and enter your active email address to verify your account.
• Scan the data page of your passport using your phone's camera.
• Select your visa type.
• Take a clear face selfie following the on-screen instructions.
• Scan your fingerprints using your phone camera according to the app prompts.
Tips for Success
• Keep your phone steady and ensure you are in a well-lit room for facial and passport scans.
• If your fingerprints fail to scan, try moving the phone closer or adjusting the lighting, as newer smartphone cameras capture prints more accurately.
• Save or screenshot the confirmation/enrollment ID sent to your email and share it with your travel agent if they are processing your application.
• Children under 6 years old are typically exempt, and minors must use the app under adult supervision.
